Cancellation policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee.

To avoid being charged, please provide your cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by By clicking Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you receive after booking.

Health Policy

Masks are optional for in studio appointments. Let me know if you’d like me to be masked during your appointment. I’m happy to do so.

If you are sick please cancel your in studio appointment, you can re-book your appointment to change it to an online lesson
